After 6 hours of treatment, NOS positive cells in the hippocampus, NO content and NOS activity of model group are higher than those of sham-operation group while these indicators of treatment group decline compared with model group. After 24 hours of treatment, NOS positive cells in the hippocampus, NO content and NOS activity of model group are higher than those of sham-operation group, and the difference has statistic significance. The difference between treatment group and model group has no statistic significance.
